We take complaints very seriously. If you would like to make a complaint regarding the surgery or the services we offer, please contact the Practice Manager by telephone or, if you prefer, in writing. We will always investigate and respond either in writing or by arranging a meeting to address your concerns. A copy of our Complaints Procedure is available at reception and can also be accessed here.
